I thought for the holiday I would post a super easy, healthy snack to bring to a party or just to make for fun. It’s all over Pinterest, costs about $5 and takes less than 10 minutes to assemble.
You need:
- 1 package strawberries
- 4 large bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 10 bamboo skewers
- 1 cup water mixed with juice from 1 half lemon
Slice the bananas into 1/2 inch pieces, and the strawberries into halves. Soak banana slices in lemon water mixture to prevent browning. Slide fruit onto skewers- S, B, S, B, S, B, S. Repeat for six skewers.
Slide two strawberries and two bananas onto a skewer, then six blueberries. Repeat of four skewers.
Arrange on a tray. Eat before it gets brown. Go America 🇺🇸.
